The CumulativeRotateAngle property specifies the cumulative rotation angle, during the dragging operation. The RotateAngle property specifies the current angle of the rotation of the specified layer. The RotateAngleValid property specifies an expression that validates the rotation angle of the layer, during dragging operation.
