The LicenseKey property must be set only if the control that you are going to use requires a runtime license key. Please contact the vendor of the control to know if the control requires a runtime license key. The control's runtime license key is not identical with your development license key. The LicenseKey property must be set before calling Create method. Please keep in mind that the vendor/provider of the ActiveX control you want to insert to an item is responsible for the control's runtime license key.
