The list is separated by comma character and indicates left, top, right and bottom exterior padding.
By default, the ShortcutKeyExtPaddingH property is "width/4, height/4 , width/4 ,height/4". The ShortcutKeyExtPaddingH / ShortcutKeyExtPaddingV specifies the padding to be applied to the item (arranged horizontally/vertically) that displays the UI shortcut, so the ShortcutKeyAlign property aligns the UI shortcut relative to this. The ShortcutKeyVisible property indicates the way the control shows the available keys when user presses any modifier keys such as SHIFT, CTRL or ALT.
